Prepare the Mushrooms
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and finely chop them. Set the caps aside.

Make the Stuffing
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Using a spoon, generously fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to ensure it's packed in.

Drizzle with Olive Oil
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the top of each mushroom.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your stuffed mushrooms warm!
