Preparing the Salmon

Marinate the Salmon
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon fillets and coat them evenly with the mixture. Let them marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Prep the Vegetables
Wash and cut the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

In a separate grilling basket, add the prepared vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for about 8-10 minutes, tossing occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter slowly.
