Nachos Preparation

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) to prepare for baking the nachos.

Arrange Tortilla Chips
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

Add Cheese and Jalapeños
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tortilla chips. Add sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.

Bake Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve
Once baked, remove the nachos from the oven. Top with dollops of sour cream and sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro over the top. Serve immediately.

Prepare Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, and minced jalapeño pepper.

Add Lime Juice and Season
Pour in fresh lime juice and add salt to the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Add Cilantro
Chop the cilantro leaves and fold them into the salsa mixture. Mix gently.

Let the salsa chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving alongside the nachos.
