Prep the Prawns
Rinse the peeled and deveined prawns under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, red chili flakes, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice. Set aside.
Cooking

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Prawns
Add the prawns to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink.

Add the Sauce
Flip the prawns over and pour the prepared sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the prawns are fully cooked and coated in the sauce.

If desired, season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well.

Remove the skillet from heat, garnish the chili garlic prawns with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
