1. Prepare the Glasses

Begin by rimming the glasses with salt or sugar. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass and then dip the rim into a plate of salt or sugar. Set the glasses aside.

2. Make the Berry Basil Mixture

In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, fresh strawberries, and fresh basil leaves. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove the seeds and pulp.
