Method

Preparation of Fish

1

Prepare the Grouper

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the grouper fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Marinate the Fillets

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over both sides of the grouper fillets.

Pistachio Crust Preparation

3

Prepare the Crust Mixture

In a food processor, combine the shelled pistachios, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, and paprika. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

4

Coat the Fish

Press the pistachio mixture onto the top of each marinated grouper fillet, ensuring an even coating.

Baking

5

Bake the Grouper

Place the coated grouper fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.

6

Serve

Once done, remove the grouper from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your pistachio-crusted grouper with a side of your choice!
