Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and trim the asparagus. Cut the bell peppers into strips and slice the zucchini into rounds. Toss the vegetables with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has grill marks.

  3. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Add the prepared vegetables to the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once everything is cooked, remove the salmon and vegetables from the grill. Serve the salmon on a plate, topped with freshly chopped parsley and lemon wedges on the side. Arrange the grilled vegetables around the salmon.
