Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pineapple

Cut the fresh pineapple into chunks. You will need about 1 cup of pineapple chunks for the infusion.

  2. 2

    Infuse the Vodka

In a clean glass jar or container, combine the pineapple chunks with the clementine vodka. Seal the jar and let it sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator for a stronger flavor.

  3. 3

    Strain the Vodka

After the infusion time is complete, strain the vodka through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pineapple chunks. You should have a fragrant, infused clementine vodka.

  4. 4

    Shake the Martini

In a cocktail shaker, add the infused clementine vodka and crushed ice. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

  5. 5

    Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a mint leaf, a pineapple wedge, and a slice of clementine on the rim.
