Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the martini glass, letting it drip down the sides for decoration.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the whipped vodka, Baileys chocolate liqueur, dark creme de cocoa, and heavy cream.

Shake well for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
