Prepare the Croutons

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the Bread
Cut the bread slices into cubes, about 1 inch in size.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crisp, stirring halfway through.
Prepare the Dressing

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Whisk Together
Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Chop the Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and half of the Parmesan cheese.

Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
