Method

Prepare the Fish

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat well. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky.

Prepare the Cabbage Slaw

  1. 3

    Mix the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to combine. Set aside.

Make the Lime Crema

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Assemble the Tacos

  1. 5

    Warm the Tortillas

Heat the corn tortillas on a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until warm.

  2. 6

    Build the Tacos

On each tortilla, place a piece of grilled fish, top with cabbage slaw, avocado slices, and drizzle with lime crema. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
