Wash and Chop the Romaine
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Shake off excess water and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Grate the Parmesan
Using a grater, shred the parmesan cheese into fine pieces and set aside.
- 3
Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grated parmesan cheese, and croutons.
Make the Caesar Dressing
- 4
Mix the Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- 5
Taste and Adjust
Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as needed. You can add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to suit your preference.
Assemble the Salad
- 6
Dress the Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad ingredients in the large bowl. Toss gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- 7
