Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Cut the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets.

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
