Method

Prepare the Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

  2. 2

    Cut the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower head and cut it into bite-sized florets.

  3. 3

    Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Bake the Cauliflower

  1. 4

    Bake

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.

  2. 6

    Mix the Sauce

Once the butter is melted, remove it from heat and stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

Toss and Serve

  1. 7

    Toss with Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the baked cauliflower with the buffalo sauce. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve immediately as an appetizer or snack. Enjoy your crispy Buffalo Cauliflower!
