Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop all vegetables as indicated in the ingredients list. Make sure to have them ready to go as stir-frying is a quick process.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat the Wok

Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil if desired.

  4. 4

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, snow peas, and zucchini to the hot wok. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are bright and tender-crisp.

  5. 5

    Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  6. 6

    Finish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in the chopped green onions, and serve immediately over rice or noodles if desired.
