Marinate the Lamb
In a bowl, mix the lamb pieces with yogurt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

Add Ginger-Garlic Paste
Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Cook the Lamb
Add the marinated lamb to the pot and cook on high heat for about 5-7 minutes until the lamb is browned.

Add Tomatoes and Coconut Milk
Stir in the chopped tomatoes, and after they soften, add the coconut milk. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Finish Cooking
Cover and cook on low heat for about 30-40 minutes or until the lamb is tender, stirring occasionally.

Add Garam Masala
Once the lamb is cooked, stir in garam masala and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with basmati rice or Kerala parotta.
