Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Make the Batter
In another bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and gradually add water to form a smooth batter.

Coat the Chicken
Add the chicken pieces to the batter and mix until they are well coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until hot.

Fry the Pakoras
Carefully drop the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, a few at a time. Fry until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with assorted chutneys.
