Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets and set aside.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and water until smooth.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the Cauliflower
Drizzle the olive oil over the coated cauliflower florets and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss them in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Return the coated cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes to set the buffalo sauce.
