Brew 2 shots of espresso using an espresso machine.

Steam the milk until hot and frothy.

Combine Espresso and Milk
Pour the espresso into a cup and add the steamed milk, holding back the foam with a spoon.

Top with a dollop of milk foam.

Boil water in a kettle.

Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and steep for 3-5 minutes.

Boil water in a kettle.

Boil water and let it cool slightly to about 175°F (80°C).
