Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the ends of the asparagus and set aside.

  2. 2

    Season the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook the Salmon

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Asparagus

In the same skillet, add the asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.

  5. 5

    Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and lemon juice, stirring until well combined. Cook for an additional minute.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the salmon and asparagus, and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top before serving.
