Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Halibut

Season the halibut fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Melt the Butter

In a large skillet, melt the salted butter over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Cook the Halibut

Add the halibut fillets to the skillet and cook gently for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Add Grapes and Herbs

During the last few minutes of cooking, add the early harvest white grapes, fresh tarragon, and chives to the skillet. Stir gently to combine and allow the flavors to meld.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the skillet from heat and serve the halibut topped with the grape and herb mixture.
