Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Salmon

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and keep warm.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 3-4 minutes, or until slightly reduced.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon some of the sauce over the top, and let it heat through for about 1-2 minutes. Toss the cooked linguine in the remaining sauce and serve the salmon over the pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
