Sauté the Salmon
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Add the salmon to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and keep warm.

Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 3-4 minutes, or until slightly reduced.

Combine and Serve
Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon some of the sauce over the top, and let it heat through for about 1-2 minutes. Toss the cooked linguine in the remaining sauce and serve the salmon over the pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.
