Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fra Diavolo Sauce

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add Tomatoes and Wine

Stir in the canned crushed tomatoes and white wine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cook the Seafood

Add the mussels, clams, shrimp, and calamari to the skillet. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mussels and clams open and the shrimp are cooked through.

  5. 5

    Add Halibut

Gently nestle the halibut fillet into the sauce, cover, and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.

  6. 6

    Combine and Serve

Toss the cooked linguini with the Fra Diavolo sauce and seafood. Season with salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
