Meatballs
Method
Preparation
Make the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground veal, ground beef, ground pork, fresh breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the Meatballs
Wet your hands slightly and form the mixture into 3 equal-sized meatballs.
Pan-fry the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
Remove the meatballs from the skillet and let them rest for a minute. Serve hot, drizzled with additional grated Parmesan cheese and a dollop of ricotta on top.
