Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 2
Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 3
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 4
Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- 5
Combine
Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
- 6
Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve the Chicken Fran immediately, drizzled with the sauce.
