Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cook the Meatballs
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Add Marinara Sauce
Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs in the skillet, reduce the heat, and let simmer for 15 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.

Cook the Rigatoni
Meanwhile, cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
