    Prepare the Potatoes

    Peel and cut the russet potatoes into even-sized chunks. Place them in a pot and cover with cold water.

    Boil the Potatoes

    Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender.

    Drain and Mash

    Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash the potatoes until smooth.

    Add Cream and Butter

    Stir in the butter and heavy cream until fully combined and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Roasted Shrimp Provençale

    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Shrimp

    In a bowl, combine the large shrimp, cherry tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss until everything is well coated.

    Spread on Baking Sheet

    Spread the shrimp mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Roast in Oven

    Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
