Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure a hot cooking environment for crispy Brussels sprouts.
- 2
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- 3
Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated.
Cooking
- 4
Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Prepare the Spicy Honey Sauce
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl until combined.
- 6
Combine and Serve
Once the Brussels sprouts are cooked, remove them from the oven and drizzle the spicy honey sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
