Tostada chips, refried beans, cheese and your choice of fajita chicken, fajita beef or seasoned ground beef. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, jalapeños & guacamole.
If using chicken or beef, cook and slice it into thin strips. If using ground beef, cook and season it to taste.
On a large serving platter, spread the tostada chips evenly. Top with warm refried beans, followed by your choice of cooked fajita chicken, beef, or seasoned ground beef.
Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top of the meat.
Place the platter under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, jalapeños, and guacamole. Serve immediately.
