Caramel Sauce and Grilled Pineapple Preparation

    Make the Caramel Sauce

    In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar and heavy cream. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

    Grill the Pineapple

    Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Sprinkle sliced pineapple with cinnamon and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized. Remove from heat.
