    Prepare the Peppers

    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash the red bell peppers thoroughly and dry them with a towel.

    Cut and Season

    Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, removing the seeds and stems. Place the halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

    Roast the Peppers

    Roast the peppers in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the skins are blistered and slightly charred.

    Cool and Peel

    Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes. Once cooled, gently peel off the charred skin.
