Grilling Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cheese

Cut the Brazilian cheese into thick slices, about 1 inch wide. This will help them hold together while grilling.

  2. 2

    Season the Cheese

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs (if using). Brush this mixture onto both sides of the cheese slices.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

    Grill the Cheese

Place the seasoned cheese slices on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is golden brown and has nice grill marks.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the grilled cheese from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy it as an appetizer or a side dish.
