Preparation Steps
- 1
Marinate the Drumsticks
In a large bowl, combine the beer, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Mix well to combine. Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade, making sure they are fully submerged. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 3
Prepare for Baking
Remove the drumsticks from the marinade and shake off any excess liquid. Discard the marinade. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and rub the oil over the drumsticks to coat evenly.
- 4
Bake the Drumsticks
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy. You can turn the drumsticks halfway through for even cooking.
- 5
Serve
Once the drumsticks are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your juicy beer-marinated drumsticks!
