Pipe the Dough
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe small mounds (about 1 inch wide) onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake the Profiteroles
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Turn off the oven and let them sit inside for another 10 minutes to dry out.

Cool and Fill
Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Once cooled, make a small hole in the bottom of each profiterole and fill with your choice of cream, custard, or ice cream.
