Mix the Base

In a large mixing glass or pitcher, combine the sparkling water and the alcohol base. Stir gently to mix without losing the bubbles.

Add Flavoring

Add the fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, and simple syrup to the base mixture. Stir gently to incorporate the flavors.

Infuse with Mint

Gently bruise the fresh mint leaves by pressing them with a muddler or the back of a spoon. Add the bruised mint leaves to the mixture and stir. Let sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare for Serving

Fill a glass with ice and pour the flavored hard seltzer mixture over the ice.

Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and a slice of grapefruit.
