Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
Combine Spirits
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 1 oz of American Born Whiskey, 1 oz of Buffalo Trace Bourbon, and 0.5 oz of Ole Smoky Blue Flame Moonshine.
Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the spirits.
Serving
Strain into Glass
Remove the ice water from the chilled rocks glass and strain the mixed spirits into the glass over fresh ice.
Garnish
Float 3 whole coffee beans on top of the drink and add a strip of orange peel as a garnish.
Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy your Red-Eye Flight cocktail.
