Step 1: Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Maker's Mark®, 1 oz of Aperol, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup. Shake well until chilled.
Step 2: Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass with ice and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
Step 3: Add Prosecco and Soda
Top the glass with 3 oz of Prosecco and a splash of soda water for fizz.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy your refreshing Bourbon Spritz.
