Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Pour in the Fabrizia Blood Orange Liqueur, Patrón Citronge, cranberry juice, and fresh lime juice into the shaker.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
