    Bruschetta Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf of bread into 1/2-inch thick slices. Arrange on a baking sheet.

    In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    Top each slice of bread with the tomato mixture and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the bread is lightly toasted.

    Stuffed Mushrooms Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

    In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cooked sausage, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped spinach until well combined.

    Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Shrimp Cocktail Preparation

    In a pot of boiling water, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink. Drain and cool.

    In a bowl, toss cooked shrimp with lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika. Serve chilled.
