Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the Certified Angus beef steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Heat the Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Place the steak in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Making the Garlic Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the butter, allowing it to melt.

  2. 6

    Sauté Garlic

Add minced garlic cloves to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

  3. 7

    Add Parsley and Lemon Juice

Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice, mixing well to combine.

Preparing the Eggs

  1. 8

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 9

    Plate the Steak

Slice the rested steak and place it on a serving plate.

  2. 10

    Top with Garlic Sauce

Spoon the garlic sauce over the sliced steak.

  3. 11

    Add Fried Eggs

Place the fried eggs on top of the garlic sauce-covered steak.
