Preparing the Pork Chops

Season the Pork Chops
Pat the center cut pork chops dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the Pan
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Sear the Pork Chops
Add the pork chops to the hot skillet. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on one side until golden brown.

Cook the Other Side
Flip the pork chops and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Add Garlic Sauce
During the last minute of cooking, pour the garlic sauce over the pork chops and allow it to heat through.

Rest the Pork Chops
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Steamed Broccoli
In a pot with a steamer basket, add a few cups of water and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and steam for 5-7 minutes until tender.

Toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, croutons, and parmesan cheese to taste in a bowl.
