Prepare the Glass

    Rim the Glass

    Take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of your margarita glass. Dip the rim into a plate of coarse salt to coat it evenly. Set the glass aside.

Mix the Margarita

    Combine Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, combine the Gran Gala orange liqueur, tequila, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.

    Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

    Using a strainer, pour the mixture into the prepared margarita glass, being careful not to disturb the salt rim.
