Method

Appetizer 1: Caprese Skewers

  1. 1

  2. 2

    Drizzle with Balsamic

Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Appetizer 2: Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  1. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 4

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Appetizer 3: Mini Meatballs

  1. 5

    Prepare Meatball Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until combined.

  2. 6

    Form Meatballs

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter.

  3. 7

    Cook Meatballs

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned. Add marinara sauce and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

  1. 8

    Prepare Filling

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well blended.

Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

  3. 10

    Bake Mushrooms

Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is slightly golden.
