Method

Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your broiler to high. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

  3. 3

    Broil the Wings

Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a broiler pan. Broil the wings for about 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through until they are crispy and golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add Hot Sauce

Remove the wings from the broiler and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the wings, tossing them to ensure they are well coated.

Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Dressing

In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

  2. 6

    Serve

Serve the buffalo wings hot with a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping.
