Place a cocktail glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while preparing the drink.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Iwai Mars whisky, plum wine, amaro, and yuzu juice.

Fill the shaker with ice, cover it, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
