Preparation

Juicing the Grapefruit
Cut the grapefruit in half and juice one half using a citrus juicer or by hand. Strain the juice to remove any pulp and seeds, collecting it in a measuring cup.

Preparing the Pomegranate
Cut the pomegranate in half and gently tap the back with a wooden spoon to release the seeds. Collect the seeds in a small bowl.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of orange liqueur, the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, and 1 oz of yuzu juice. Add ice to the shaker.

Shake it Up
Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. You can double strain if you want to remove any ice shards.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of grapefruit on the rim and sprinkle a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds on top for added decoration.
