Juicing the Fruits
Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp into a measuring cup. Strain it through a fine mesh sieve to collect the juice. Do the same for the yuzu, cutting it in half and squeezing out the juice until you have the required amount.

Measuring Ingredients
Measure out 2 oz of Roku gin, 1 oz of amaro, 1 oz of passion fruit juice, 0.5 oz of yuzu juice, 0.25 tsp of vanilla extract, and 0.5 oz of almond syrup. Have these ready for mixing.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Roku gin, amaro, passion fruit juice, yuzu juice, vanilla extract, and almond syrup.

Shake
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Use a fine mesh strainer to ensure a smooth pour.

Garnish
If desired, garnish with an edible flower on top for a beautiful presentation.
