Buffalo Wings Ingredients
Method
Buffalo Wings Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- 3
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the Frank's RedHot sauce and stir until combined. Remove from heat.
- 4
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
- 5
Prepare the Vegetables
While the wings are baking, cut the celery and carrot sticks into bite-sized pieces.
- 6
Serve
Serve the buffalo wings hot with celery, carrot sticks, and a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
