Prepare the Yellow Rice

Cook the Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine the long-grain rice, water, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Simmer
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed.

Sauté the Vegetables

Prepare the Vegetables
Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into thin strips, and mince the garlic.

Sauté the Mushrooms
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the wild mushrooms, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are softened.

Cook the Seabass

Season the Seabass
Pat the seabass fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Cook Until Golden
Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Carefully flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
