In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Toss well to coat the bread evenly.

Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir occasionally to ensure even browning.

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
Salad Assembly

Prepare Romaine Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves. Tear them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
