1. Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and rinse them under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
3. Wrap the Asparagus
Spread a thin layer of Boursin cheese along each piece of asparagus. Wrap each asparagus spear with one slice of prosciutto, starting at the bottom and spiraling up to the tip.
4. Season and Arrange
Place the wrapped asparagus spears on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
5. Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
6. Serve
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and sprinkle with shaved Manchego cheese. Serve warm.
